1. Orders

.1 Any order that you place constitutes an offer to purchase a product subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right without reason to refuse any order.

.2 All orders placed will be subject to availability.

.3 All Knives are subject to Age restrictions. Purchase of knives are only sold in Malta. Red Tracer Malta does not ship locally any Knives. All Knives must be picked up from our Stores and a valid ID must be shown.

2. Prices

3.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT or similar sales tax (where applicable) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller.

3.2 All prices on the website are in Euros.

3.3 We try very hard to ensure that all of the pricing information shown on our website is accurate. Rarely an error may occur and goods may be wrongly priced. If we discover there has been an error with the pricing of any item then we will contact you prior to dispatching the order to notify you of the error. You will be asked if you wish to cancel the order or to proceed with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the website at the time you place your order. Payment shall be due before the delivery date and time for payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle the Supplier to terminate the contract immediately.

.2 There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.

5. Delivery

5.1 The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.

7. Returns

7.1 Should you wish to return any of your goods, you may only do so in accordance with our returns policy.

8. Copyright

8.1 All intellectual property of Red Tracer Malta such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Red Tracer Malta. By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Red Tracer Malta and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material/pictures contained within the Website.

9.1 Red Tracer Malta reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time, as required.

Email marketing messages & subscription
